This week, my “The Day After” co-host and Jeffery Austin and I ran into technical difficulties, but so did  The Voice, and we all soldiered on and did the best we could. While we both think American Idol completely kicked The Voice‘s ass when it came to figuring out how to make the at-home format work during lockdown, during this week’s “home edition” of the podcast, he and I get into what went wrong (and, to be fair what went right) as The Voice went remote this week. We also get into Idol, The Masked Singer, and RuPaul’s Drag Race, and what the future might look like for those latter two shows.

Next week, we will continue to look to the future as we get into the just-released casts for Drag Race All-Stars 5 and discuss the contestants moving on to all of the shows’ finales!
