Guess who’s back in the house?! It’s me, Lyndsey, along with my “The Day After” co-host, Season 9 The Voice finalist Jeff-Er-Y Austin. But do you know who’s not back in the house? Original Voice coach Adam Levine, who — after Jeffery and I apparently wished this neon dream into reality on our “The Day After” spring 2019 finale podcast — actually left the show in a seeming huff. And back on The Voice is Jeffery’s old coach, Gwen Stefani, which is surely going to make Jeffery’s Google Alerts blow the eff up.

Perhaps even more thrilling than the return of Gwen (though Shefanis may beg to differ) is the return of The Masked Singer, and most notably with the delightful development that I have gotten Jeffrey hooked on this crazy show after just one Season 2 episode. I swear, I haven’t seen Jeffery this excited to dish about an onscreen project since the last time I brought up From Justin to Kelly. And while it doesn’t look like Justin Guarini is behind any of the masks we’ve seen so far, another American Idol finalist just might be the Rottweiler.
