This week, Joey Cook was sadly eliminated from American Idol, but she leaves the show with great memories, great friends (especially her fellow New Orleans native, Quentin Alexander), and really great wedding plans. (Quentin will officiate the newly engaged contestant’s ceremony later this year!)
