As we recorded this week’s “The Day After” episode, I was in the middle of packing for Coachella and my cohost, The Voice Season 9 finalist Jeffery Austin, had a sinus infection, so please forgive us if this week’s podcast is a little scattered.

But what else is new? And we do break down this week’s American Idol and The Voice, which will lead into next week’s Idol top 14 live shows and the new, hopefully exciting Cross-Battles coming up on The Voice.
