As this truncated The Voice season hurries along, my “The Day After” co-host Jeffery Austin and I are already assessing the final Battle Rounds and the first few Knockouts of Season 19. But Jeffery has finally caught up with The Masked Singer and ready to make his guesses.

Is the Seahorse former American Idol star Kellie Pickler, former Canadian Idol star Carly Rae Jepsen, or former Newlyweds star Jessica Simpson? Is Jessica’s little sister Ashlee the Jellyfish? Is the Mushroom former Voice coach Pharrell? And if the next Masked Singer episode is airing on Thanksgiving, then why did the folks at Fox miss the opportunity to have one of this season’s characters be the Turkey, the Yam, the Cranberry, or the Pumpkin Spice Latte?
